Ordering prescriptions this way is very simple, so try it today!
You may order a repeat prescription online (see below), by using your repeat prescription slip or by telephoning 0141 207 7485. The telephone number is a dedicated 24 hour answering service. If using this, please speak clearly and leave your name, address, date of birth and details of the items you require. If using the slip, tick the items required and post it to us or hand it into reception.

You will receve the following automated reply:

- Please note repeat prescriptions take 2 working days to process in practice with acute/special request items sometimes taking longer.
When ordering your repeat prescription please tell us which Pharmacist you use and we will send your prescription to your nominated Pharmacy.
Your prescription will be ready for collection from the practice after 2 working days.
All of the Pharmacists in Renfrew now offer a collection service. This service means you do not have to travel to the Health Centre to collect your prescription, please advise our reception staff details the name of your preferred Pharmacy in order for us to set this up for you. This will take longer.
If you wish your prescription delivered, please discuss this with your pharmacy who can advise on this.
Online Services
You can use our online services to book and cancel appointments, request repeat prescriptions and update your contact details. To register for this service you need a form which can be obtained from the practice. We are happy to post this form out to you, so contact us today to get you started using our online services.
