Practice Catchment Area
We are happy to register patients who live within our Practice Area:
- PA4: Renfrew, Inchinnan (all PA4 postcodes)
We no longer accept patients in any other postcodes. If you change address and it is not listed above, you will be asked to change GP practice.
How to Register as a Patient
You will need to complete the Registration Form, and the Adults Registration Form (DOCX, 28KB) or Baby First Registration Form (DOCX, 14KB), which can be downloaded and printed. Please bring the following documents with you if possible
- Completed new patient registration form
- Proof of Identity
(We require ID to confirm you are who you say are and that your address is within the practice catchment area. One must be photographic and one must have your address)
- Drug re-order slip from your previous practice (if applicable)
We will confirm with you once your registration with the practice has been completed. Until the registration is completed we will not be able to issue prescriptions or book appointments for you.
Temporary Residents
It's also important to note that you can only register with a GP practice if you're staying in the area for more than 3 months. If you're not, you may still be treated but as a Temporary Resident. Contact the surgery to discuss your requirements.
