If you have a skin concern that you would like to discuss with a clinician, please fill out the form below to tell us more information about your concern and attach some photos of your symptoms. Once you send your form through, one of our clinicians at Braehead Medical Practice will review your submission. For routine (non-emergency) skin problems, please allow 2–3 working days for a response. 

If you are experiencing a high temperature, feeling unwell with your skin condition or if your skin condition is not improving or disappearing, please contact our reception team directly on 0141 207 7480 instead of using this form.

Please do not send photos of, or including, intimate areas of the body. Please also note that photos you send us may be seen by staff that are clinical or administrative, and of all genders.

If you’re unable to upload a photo at this time, or if the patient you’re filling out the form for is under the age of 5, please call the practice to schedule a routine appointment instead.
