We are inviting patients to take part in our Healthy Hearts Programme, designed to help identify and reduce the risk of heart disease and other cardiovascular conditions.
If you are interested in participating, you will be invited to:
  • Attend a short appointment with our phlebotomist for:
    • A blood pressure check
    • Blood tests
    • A few lifestyle-related questions
  • Receive a follow-up telephone call from a member of our nursing team to discuss your results and any appropriate next steps.
